Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

However, if we mess something up, we’ll make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
• Your product has a manufacturing defect

Claim Window

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• A description of the issue
